Drawing on my Sacred Depths and ARTbundance TM coaching practices, along with decades of personal growth work, I provide a safe, compassionate space for you to be seen and heard.
Multifaceted Background:
With over 30 years as a fine art batik painter (a textile process), a teacher, writer, lecturer, and workshop leader, with a Master’s Degree in Social Work before that, my journey is deeply grounded in spirituality.
From my Catholic-girl upbringing to identifying as a Lightworker today, I've been both actively involved and an observer of the women's movement for over five decades. My experiences taught me the importance of harmonizing our masculine and feminine energies, leading me to understand the sacred dance between them.
